You will be notified when the parcel is mailed out, typically in 3-5 business days. Delivery normally takes 2-5 days within Thailand and 1-2 months for international parcels. Please note that due to the current situation around the world, orders might be delayed.
All orders are send via Thailand Post Registered Airmail for international delivery (from $9 USD) and EMS for Thailand (Free Shipping).

CUSTOMERS FROM UK & EU
If you are in EU, UK or other countries, your package may be subjected to custom charges upon arrival. Any charges that may incur once the package reaches the destination country must be paid by the recipient. We do not have control over these charges as policies vary by country. Please contact your local customs if you have any further enquiries.
Orders & Returns
Can I return my order?
We accept returns of unused, undamaged products within 30 days of arrival to your location. We will refund the full amount of products you return, but the customer is responsible for the cost of return freight.
Sale items cannot be returned.

I received wrong or damaged products, what should I do?
If it is a mistake on our part, please contact us and we will be happy to send you the correct item free of charge.
If it is a mistake on your end, we will not be able to refund you.
